Well apparently I have been neglecting this blog. Over the past 10 months I have been working a whole lot (building Tired Hands) so posting on a blog was sort of the last thing on my mind. Well anyway, after all the construction at Tired Hands Brewing company, today is my first brew day. Jean has already had a bunch of brews under his belt on this system so he poked his head in on more than a few occasions just to make sure all was going well.
The brew today at Tired Hands was Leaflet. A highly aromatic 3.5% IPA. Here goes nothing...
