After a fury of cleaning, stressing, running around etc, Tired Hands Brewing Co has passed its final health inspection. The sighs of relief lasted only a few short moments and everybody returned to work. When I finally got home I went straight to the cellar and grabbed a bottle of cider Jeff Eckle and I pressed in 2007.
